The Project Checklists
by it now add to cart

The checklists for Project vigilance are intended to help you with the project you are managing. Visualise the project you are working on and then categorise it as either a baby gorillas or a silverback. If you have multiple projects, you have a troop of gorillas on your hands. This will help you have a view on your workload or the responsibilities you have.

These checklists will help you stay aware of the scope of the project, who is involved with the project and what needs to get done. They are to be used in addition to any process in place that you already use or that your employer uses.

Take some time to think about your workload and what you need to get done. List all your projects as a starting point.

This zip file contains the checklists:

1. Getting the scope Right: (the-scope-checklist.docx)

2. Controlling Your Meetings: (meeting-control.docx)

3. Keeping Tabs on Progress: (progress-milestones.docx)

4. Task Status: (red-amber-green.docx)

5. Red Alerts - Warning Time: red-alert-checklist.docx

6. Watching The Budget: the-budget-checklist.docx

You can print these off or use the checklists digitally for consistent reference.
